How to Order a DYI Kit

Step 1.

Review our Stock Boat Kits to see if we have your boat or other watercraft on file.

Step 2.

Order a Template Kit (link) or provide us with a digital image layout/diagram.

Step 3.

Template Kit – complete the templating of your watercraft as instructed. Once complete
return the templates using the return label included. Make sure to take plenty of pictures that
can be sent to us via email or uploaded through our website.

Step 4.

Digital Layout & Template Kit – once images are received work will begin on the design layout.
Upon completion of our internal design layout, a PDF of the design and quote will be emailed
for your review.

Step 5.

Approved Design Layout – once the design and quote are approved a complete set of
panel layouts will be produced in Mylar. The Mylar panels are to be used to dry-fit your watercraft. This ensures that the OrthoDek panels will fit as desired.

Note: Dry fit panels require a 20% non-refundable deposit based on the quote.

Step 6.

Dry Fit – upon approving the Mylar dry-fit panels production can begin.

Step 7.

Order Completion – orders will be rolled and shipped in boxes. Upon receipt remove from
box and allow the panel to lay flat for a couple of days.

Step 8.

Install – follow enclosed installation instructions. Note: Clean area thoroughly prior to
installation.

Take your time selecting the color combination and design that best suits your water craft.
